By accessing the fmplay website at fmplay.net, creating a player account, or making use of any service offered through the fmplay platform — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, esports wagering, and promotional programs — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fmplay platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

fmplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable Philippine law or regulation. To register and maintain an active account on fmplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine gaming regulations governing minimum age for online gambling participation.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of fmplay or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor associated with the platform.
• You have not previously had an fmplay account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on fmplay or any other gaming platform in the Philippines.

fmplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other official document — at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

To access real-money games and the full suite of fmplay services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any detail changes after registration.
• You will not impersonate any other person or use a false name or identity.
• You are registering one account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

fmplay operates a strict one account per person, per household policy. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. In such cases, fmplay reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate account(s) and void any associated bonuses or promotional winnings.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) will be required before your first withdrawal and may be required at other times as determined by fmplay or by applicable regulatory requirements. Documents commonly requested include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fmplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

fmplay will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from fmplay that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You are fully liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify fmplay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• fmplay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available from your account security settings.
• fmplay is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except in cases of fmplay's own negligence or breach.

All financial transactions on fmplay — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fee is applied to transactions processed in PHP.

Deposits:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay.
• Deposits are generally credited to your fmplay wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• fmplay does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-approved) account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed same-day for verified accounts, often within the hour during standard business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• fmplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the fmplay account holder.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.

fmplay complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Transactions that meet reportable thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

fmplay offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at 10% while slots contribute at 100% unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a set period from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

All games available on fmplay — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sabong, esports betting, and sports wagering — operate under individual game rules provided by the respective game provider and/or the fmplay sportsbook. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed and accepted are final. fmplay does not permit the cancellation of a wager once it has been confirmed.
• fmplay uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live digital games. RNG outputs are regularly audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error, fmplay reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software error are not valid and will not be paid.
• For live casino games, the result displayed by the live dealer or live camera feed at the end of each round is final, subject to any override by the game provider in cases of verified error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fmplay and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on fmplay.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with fmplay games, betting markets, or the platform in any way not explicitly permitted by fmplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the fmplay platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the fmplay platform, including its games, APIs, or back-end systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fmplay staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your fmplay account by any third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports or esports integrity breach in connection with markets offered on fmplay.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, fmplay may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, recovery of amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct, and referral of the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

fmplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fmplay's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fmplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fmplay shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party payment provider failures, or network connectivity issues including those affecting PLDT, Globe, Smart, or DITO subscribers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, even if fmplay has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits fmplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

fmplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the fmplay platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fmplay complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your rights as a data subject under Philippine law — including the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data — are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by fmplay is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including AMLA reporting), and to personalise your experience on the platform. fmplay does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your fmplay account by contacting the support team, provided that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding and that your identity has been fully verified. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.

fmplay may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• fmplay reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose fmplay to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• fmplay ceases operations in your jurisdiction or withdraws its services from the Philippines.

Following termination for cause, fmplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, verified balances will be returned. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will not be returned following termination for breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

fmplay operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their own jurisdiction of residence. fmplay makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available outside the Philippines.
